    Represents a tool context class for cell values, which contain a cell value, its Spotfire.Dxp.Application.Tools.CopyCellValueContext.DataType and its ContentType. Custom tools using this class is used when a value is to be copied, i.e. on the "Copy Cell" submenu in the table plot.
